We provide the Embee Gardens grounds, the on-site accommodation, deluxe washrooms and 40×60’ tent. It is up to you to coordinate catering, tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, barware, decor, etc.

No. Our team will assist you and your wedding planner with any questions you may have. We will meet with you to tour the property, assist in securing your booking, and answer any questions that come up during your planning process.

The venue capacity for wedding and reception is 80. The house sleeps 8 guests.

While Embee Gardens is right next door to Flux Brewery, the two operate separately. You and your guests are welcome to visit the brewery during your stay, but it cannot be used for your wedding ceremony or reception.

The house is included with the venue rental. Whether you use it is up to you, but the price remains the same.

You must use one of our preferred caterers – TW Co., Devlin's or Mercasa. Catering is not included in our package.

We have a few preferred bar options you may choose from, but you are also welcome to source your own providing an SOP is acquired.

We are booking weddings between the May long weekend and Thanksgiving. Availability outside of this period is not guaranteed due to unpredictable weather conditions.
